It is clarified that RCMC is not required for availing benefits on post export Remission based schemes i.e. Drawback, RoSCTL and RoDTEP. It is not required for Restricted items also.
Policy condition modified from 16.10.2024 for export of meat & meat product under “Halal” category as certified by the “Indian Conformity Assessment Scheme (I – CAS) – Halal” of the Quality Council of India (QCI).
It is clarified that those MSME manufacturer already availed benefit of Rs.50 lakhs under Interest Equalisation Scheme (IES) as on 30.9.24 will not be eligible for any further benefit during extended period upto 31.12.24.

Policy condition revised for export of Rice (Basmati & Non-Basmati) that certificate of inspection by EIC/EIA will not be required for six months against export to certain European Countries.
It is clarified that in terms of para 4.17 of HBP – 23 an applicant/AA holder can file representation for a review of the decision of NC upto 31.12.2024 against the NC decision taken before 1.4.2023.
This review will be for authorizations issued on or after 1.4.2019 and that earlier there was no review decision.
SION of Food product at Sl No. E – 125 for export of Shea Stearine is modified with revised entitlement from 5.20MT to 5.02 MT/MT & valid upto 31.03.2027.

The Electronics & I.T. Goods (Requirements of Compulsory Regulation) Order 2012 is amended as to “2021” . In case of failure of BIS/QCOs compliance, the imported goods will have to be re-exported or customs will destroy the said imported goods and dispose of as scrap.

2000 MT of white Onion under ITC (HS) code 0703 1019 (which is prohibited) is allowed for export from ports Mundra, Pipava and JNPT subject to certified quantity from Horticulture Commissioner, Govt of Gujarat.
Validity has been extended upto 4th July 2024 of accredition of Halal Certification Bodies and registration of unit for export of meat and meat product.
Import of Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) under ITC (HS) code 29051220 is free from 1.4.24 without any country wise restriction which was imposed for the period AM-24 vide Notification No. 64/2015-20 dated 31.3.23.
Export of Onions under ITC (HS) code 0703 1019 to the extent of 10000 MT to Sri Lanka and additional 10000 MT to UAE is allowed through National Co-operative Exports Ltd (NCEL).
Export of various product to Maldives under bilateral trade agreement as per Notification No. 3 dated 5.4.24 is allowed through specified ports only i.e. Mumbai Seaport, Tuticorin Seaport, JNPT and ICD Tughlaqabad.
Advance Authorisations issued under Customs Notification No. 18/2015 dated 1.4.15 for physical exports and Notification No. 21/2015 dated 1.4.15 for deemed exports. EO can be fulfilled by making combined/both exports i.e. physical as well as deemed exports.
